A: QuiConnect360 is a 2-day virtual conference and client fair designed to connect Virtual Assistant business owners with the solopreneurs and small teams who rely on them. Both VAs and clients gain tools, training, and direct access to one another to build trust, hire confidently, and grow sustainably. It’s a dynamic space for real conversations, real opportunities, and real results.

Q: When and where is QuiConnect360 happening?

A: QuiConnect360 takes place January 22–23, 2026, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM CST each day. It’s 100% virtual and hosted on a dynamic 3D platform for live interaction, networking, and hiring.

Q: Who should attend this event?

A:

-Virtual Assistants looking to connect with clients and/or grow their business and professional network as a QuiVA member.

-Solopreneurs and small teams that rely on a diverse pool of VA support and/or professional development, and VA co-management support.

-VA Agency Owners interested in recruiting talent and/or joining the QuiVA Agency Partner program for industry-specific network, and collaborative partnerships for growth.

Q: Can any VA attend, or do I have to be a QuiVA?

A: All Virtual Assistants are welcome! QuiVA members receive special pricing or free access, but you do not need to be a member to attend.

Q. Can I become a QuiVA?

A: Yes, you can test to become a QuiVA at any time. If accepted before October 23rd, you receive automatic free entry as long as you're a member at the time of the conference date.

Q: Will I get to meet real clients?

A: Yes! Over 150 client exhibitors will be present. You can live chat, schedule interviews, and showcase your work using your searchable VA profile and optional video upgrade.

Q: What if I’m new to being a VA?

A: That’s perfectly fine. Our conference has something to offer all experience levels, and prospective clients are seeking diverse skill sets. Plus, it’s a great opportunity to observe, learn, and grow.

Q: Who are the Virtual Assistants that will be attending?

A: Our VA attendees are primarily business owners themselves, trained in areas like admin, operations, tech support, sales, marketing, and project management. You’ll have access to 300+ professionals, many with agency-level expertise.

Q: Can I search my VA profiles in advance?

A: Yes. Once registered, you’ll get early access to the attendee directory, which

includes skill filters, intro videos (if selected), and scheduling tools.

Q: What if I’m new to being a VA?

A: That’s perfectly fine. Our conference has something to offer all experience levels, and

prospective clients are seeking diverse skill sets. Plus, it’s a great opportunity to observe, learn, and grow.

Q: What if I don’t find a good match?

A: Our platform and event experience are designed to reduce that risk. You’ll be able to meet

multiple VAs live, and VIP Exhibitors receive additional post-event tools for ongoing hiring support.

Q: Can I attend as an Agency Owner?

A: Yes, but only as an exhibitor. VA Agencies are not eligible to register as general attendees but may showcase their businesses through a General or VIP Agency Exhibitor package.

Q: What’s the difference between a General and VIP Agency Exhibitor?

A: General exhibitors receive a profile and conference access. VIP Agency Exhibitors get enhanced visibility, a profile video, and 3 months of free QuiVA Agency Membership, and access to agency-only mastermind content and partnership opportunities.

Q: Can I recruit clients at the event as a VA Agency?

A: No. VA Agencies may only recruit Virtual Assistants. Soliciting clients during the event is not permitted

and will result in removal from the platform.

Q: Is the event recorded?

A: Select sessions will be recorded and available to attendees post-event. Live networking and client chats will not be recorded to protect privacy and encourage real-time engagement.
